Designers and clients were gravitating toward Matouk's "Lowell" sheeting (600 thread count, white sheeting with a single band of colour). While the product is phenomenal and the look adressed so many different styles, rising duty & currency rates were setting the price point beyond most budgets.
On a visit to Maison & Objet trade show in Paris, I met with one of our Italian suppliers. They proposed a luxurious 330 TC Egyptian cotton sateen. Going straight to the source reduced the price of a Queen Sheet Set to $359! The quality & comfort of the sheeting is a given. The finishing touch, a single band of sateen, is an ideal decorative detail and suits more than one style of bedroom. We narrowed down the most popular of 48 colours and created our Signature Valeria line!
The initial reaction was fantastic! So much so that we decided to expand our Signature Collection with Balzato, a crisp percale, sateen combo! It's a contemporary way to bring in the ever popular color blocking trend. The duvet sets are one solid reversing to the other, while the sheet sets boast a gorgeous contrasting cuff, allowing you to decide how little or how much contrast you want. The overall look is neat and tidy.
With our new found collection of affordable luxury, the options seem endless. We are bringing in deco pillows this fall, marrying two of our favourites - natural, airy linen reversing to ultra plush velvet.
We are always on the lookout for product that creates the right look, at the right price point without compromising quality!

From the mattress to the decorative aspects, each piece should relate directly to your client.
This directive is clear for the consumer at the on set of remodelling, but it may fall quickly down the list of priorities as the invoices start coming in for the kitchen, the bathroom, etc. We are here to help match your design to their unique preferences. Our design experience and technical expertise in matching product to meet specs and budget is second to none.
